Then based on our conversation. I'll create a customized trip plan and itinerary centered around you and your autistic loved ones needs without sacrificing fun or adventure! 
2. Planning Package - Let me turn your travel dreams into reality. I meticulously research all the options, offering prompt consultation during the planning stage. I secure the best value and service, handling all details seamlessly.
3. Planning Call- The excitement starts with our planning call! During this call, we'll dive into your unique travel style, must-haves, wish list, and other important details about your dream vacation. Afterward, I'll get to work, conducting thorough research to craft the perfect itinerary for you. 
4. Effortless Confirmation and Departure -As your departure nears, we create a detailed final itinerary and deliver travel documents prior to departure, ensuring a stress-free and memorable vacation.

Step 1- Inquire & Discover

You're interested in planning a trip with me, and I can't wait to work with you!   After receiving your initial Inquiry Form, we will get in touch to schedule a complimentary discovery call. Every trip is unique to each client because every family has unique needs, and your vacation should accommodate those needs. Let's talk to see how I can meet those needs for you and your family.

Step2- Planning & Design

This is where the magic happens, and you get to see your trip details come together in a proposal that's been crafted uniquely to you.  I create a memorable experience for you and your family by putting together an individualized travel itinerary based on your preferences and your loved one's needs, filled with fun and adventure! We can fine-tune the proposal until it's exactly what you're looking for.   I take care of every detail from booking hotel accommodations on your behalf to choosing autism-friendly airlines for your flight, to finding tours that are autism-friendly for your family, as well as respite/childcare services and so much more! 

Step 3-It's All in the Details 

 I provide (through extensive research) destination facts, travel do’s/don’ts, and support services to ensure comfortable travel while getting to your destination.   As your departure date nears, I will shift our focus to concierge services, such as dining reservations.  I also provide autism friendly restaurant recommendations, make reservations, and schedule special event celebrations. During this time, I will also do a final confirmation with our partners to ensure that everything is set for your upcoming arrival.  An additional note, while you’re travelling and enjoying your trip, I am available for the duration of your trip for any questions, comments, concerns, and troubleshooting should any issues arise during your vacation.
