PROTECTING AND MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

- We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
- We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
- Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
- We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
- Type of personal data collected may be Name, email address, phone number, and any other personal information to fulfill travel reservations.
- The method of data collection shall be in person, over the phone, via email and text message.
- Your personal information shall be kept in our systems indefinitely if you continue to do business with us, or up to 20 years from the date of your last travel reservation/transaction.
NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY STATEMENT FOR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
Preston Travel has a policy of non-discrimination in all programs and services. No one shall be excluded on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, religion, age, marital status, veteran and military status or disability unless required by the eligibility guidelines for services.
OPT-IN REQUIREMENT FOR TEXTING
- Consent: Clients must provide explicit consent to receive text messages from Preston Travel. This ensures that clients are aware and agreeable to communications via text.
- Opt-In Process: Clients can opt in verbally in person or over the phone.
- Confirmation: Upon successful opt-in, clients will receive a confirmation message indicating that they are enrolled to receive text communications.
- Opt-Out Option: Clients have the right to opt out of receiving text messages at any time. To opt out, clients can:
- Reply with the keyword “STOP” to any text message received.
- Notify Preston Travel via email or phone.
- Impact of Opting Out: Clients who opt out will no longer receive text communications, including important updates about your travel plans and our services.
